At a special meeting on October 19, 2026, Charlton Aria shareholders approved proposals to extend the business combination deadline by up to twelve one-month periods, from October 25, 2026, to October 25, 2027. The extensions would provide additional time to complete the proposed KQC business combination, which remains subject to closing conditions, including shareholder approval.
