Charter Communications appointed Nick Jeffery, Frontier Communications’ CEO since 2021, as Chief Operating Officer effective September 1, 2026. Jeffery led Frontier’s turnaround with a 60-point Net Promoter Score swing and expanded its fiber network, and will now oversee Marketing, Sales, Field and Customer Operations across Spectrum’s 41-state footprint.

Since 2021, Jeffery has served as President and CEO of Frontier Communications, guiding the company’s emergence from bankruptcy to sustained revenue growth, expanded fiber network passings and a 60-point positive swing in customer Net Promoter Score. Earlier, as CEO of Vodafone UK from 2016, he reversed revenue declines and drove EBITDA and cash flow improvements through customer-focused strategies.
