• $1.75 billion 6.05% Senior Secured Notes due 2032
• $1 billion 6.6% notes due 2034
• $1 billion 6.95% notes due 2036
• $1 billion 7.85% notes due 2056

The notes were priced near par at 99.84 to 99.94.
