Charter completes debt exchange offers, issues USD 5.5 billion new secured notes due 2038 and 2041

Charter completed private exchange offers to swap 12 senior secured note series for cash, New 2038 Notes and New 2041 Notes.
Late tenders were limited, with USD 84.4 million of Pool 1 Notes tendered and USD 60.7 million of Pool 2 Notes.
Final settlement is expected on Aug. 24, with USD 2.75 billion of Pool 1 Notes exchanged and USD 2.75 billion of Pool 2 Notes exchanged.
Issuance caps were set at USD 2 billion for the New 2038 Notes and USD 2 billion for the New 2041 Notes.
