Charter launches exchange offers for up to $3.5 billion senior secured notes due 2038 and 2041

Charter launched private exchange offers tied to new Senior Secured Notes due 2038, capped at USD 1.75 billion, and Senior Secured Notes due 2041, capped at USD 1.75 billion.

Total potential issuance across both series is set at USD 3.5 billion, funded through exchanges of outstanding notes for cash and new notes.

Pricing is set for Aug. 6, with an early tender deadline of Aug. 5, expiration on Aug. 20, and expected settlement on Aug. 12 and Aug. 24.
