RevPAR increased more than 3% to USD 158, an all-time second-quarter high; occupancy slipped 0.5 percentage points to 81% while ADR climbed 3.9% to USD 195.
Hotel EBITDA margin widened 2.2 percentage points to 41% as GOP margin edged up 0.5 percentage points to 47%.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA rose 15% to USD 33 million; non-GAAP adjusted FFO per diluted share climbed 22% to USD 0.48.
July RevPAR for the 39 comparable hotels rose 10% to USD 169; 2026 RevPAR outlook was raised to USD 142-USD 144.
