1. Fourth Quarter Operating Metrics

Chatham Lodging Trust reported RevPAR of $131 in Q4 2025, down 1.8% from $133 a year earlier, with ADR of $179 and occupancy of 73%. The REIT swung to a $2.6 million net income versus a $3.7 million loss in the prior-year quarter.

2. Adjusted EBITDA and FFO Performance

Adjusted EBITDA totaled $20.2 million, a $0.9 million decline year-over-year, but rose 4% on a constant-asset basis. Adjusted FFO held at $10.4 million, with per share FFO up 5% to $0.21, while the quarter’s dividend was increased to $0.09 per share from $0.07.

3. Share Repurchase and Asset Disposition

During the quarter, the trust repurchased approximately 1.0 million shares for $7.0 million at an average price of $6.73. It also sold a 26-year-old hotel for $17 million, representing a 4% capitalization rate before planned $6 million renovations.
