Cheche Group regains Nasdaq compliance with US$ 1 minimum bid-price rule
CCG•Nasdaq compliance restored
Cheche Group regained compliance with Nasdaq’s US$1 minimum bid price rule, ending a listing deficiency that had put its Nasdaq status at risk.
Nasdaq confirmed the shares closed at or above US$1 for 10 consecutive business days from July 21, 2026 through Aug. 3, 2026.
The company had received a non-compliance notice on Jan. 12, 2026 following 30 straight sessions below US$1.
Nasdaq had granted a second 180-day cure period through Jan. 11, 2027, with Cheche indicating it could pursue a reverse stock split if needed.
