Check Point Software Technologies announces annual shareholder meeting

Check Point Software Technologies will hold its annual general meeting in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Sept. 2, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors, including one new independent director to replace a departing board member.
The meeting will also consider ratifying the appointment and compensation of Kost, Forer, Gabbay & Kasierer as auditor for fiscal 2026.
Other items include votes on compensation packages for the chief executive, the executive chair, and the lead independent director.
