In 2025, Cheetah Mobile reported total revenues of RMB1,150.4 million, a 42.6% increase year-over-year, driven by a 19.0% rise in Internet business revenue to RMB615.3 million and an 84.7% surge in AI and Others revenue to RMB535.2 million, which represented 46.5% of total. Gross profit climbed 53.0% to RMB834.0 million, boosting gross margin to 72.5%.

2. Fourth Quarter 2025 Performance

In Q4, total revenues reached RMB308.9 million, up 30.3% year-over-year and 7.5% quarter-over-quarter. AI and Others revenue nearly doubled with a 98.8% increase to RMB153.0 million, accounting for 49.5% of quarterly revenues, while the Internet business stabilized with RMB155.9 million, up 9.5% sequentially despite a slight annual decline. Robotics sales grew 93.6% year-over-year, representing 18.9% of Q4 revenue.

3. Operating Efficiency and Cash Position

The full-year GAAP operating loss narrowed by 59% to RMB179.4 million, and non-GAAP operating profit reached RMB14.2 million after a prior-year loss. Adjusted Internet segment operating profit rose 82.8% to RMB114.9 million with an 18.7% margin, and adjusted AI and Others losses fell 42.1% to RMB274.5 million. Cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB1,506.6 million at year-end.
