CTNT•CEO Huan Liu bought 100,000 Cheetah Net Supply Chain Class B shares in a private placement at $3.30 per share, for $330,000.

Huan Liu, who is also interim CFO, chairman and a director, bought 100,000 Class B shares in a private placement at $3.30 per share. His direct Class B stake rose to 101,340 shares; he also reported indirect ownership of 18 Class B shares through Fairview Eastern International Holdings Limited.
