- Redemption price set at 100% of principal, with accrued interest to but excluding Oct. 15; about USD 1,007.92 per USD 1,000.
- Holders can convert until 5 p.m. New York time on Oct. 14, 2026; conversions settle in cash up to USD 1,522.
- Make-whole provision lifts the conversion rate to 22 shares per USD 1,000 from 23 during the conversion period.
