Chemours publishes revised 2025 annual report

Chemours amended its 2025 annual report to include management’s internal control report, which was omitted from the original February 24, 2026 filing because of an administrative error. The amended report says disclosure controls were ineffective as of December 31, 2025, and remained ineffective until the third quarter of 2026, when management implemented additional reviews of non-financial disclosures. Internal control over financial reporting remained effective, and PricewaterhouseCoopers issued an unqualified opinion.
