1. Quarterly results
Chemours’ Q3 sales rose 3% year over year to $1.54 billion, slightly above the $1.53 billion estimate. Adjusted EPS was $0.21, below the $0.27 estimate, while adjusted EBITDA of $200 million beat the $193.59 million estimate. Adjusted net income of $31 million also missed the $43.21 million estimate.
2. Drivers and outlook
Higher Titanium Technologies pricing and a favorable mix shift toward Advanced Performance Materials’ Performance Solutions drove sales growth. Chemours expects Q4 net sales to decline 5% to 10% sequentially and forecasts adjusted EBITDA of $160 million to $185 million for Q4 and $775 million to $800 million for 2026.
