Cheniere appoints former McKesson CFO to board

U.S. LNG exporter Cheniere Energy said on Tuesday its board had appointed Britt Vitalone, former chief financial officer of McKesson Corp, as an independent director effective July 14, 2026.

Vitalone, who retired from McKesson earlier in 2026 after nearly two decades with the healthcare company, will serve on Cheniere's audit and compensation committees.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in finance and executive leadership, including roles overseeing accounting, treasury, investor relations and M&A at McKesson.

Vitalone also serves on the board and audit committee of Align Technology.
