Sabine Pass Liquefaction and Corpus Christi Liquefaction will each supply 2 million tonnes annually. Purchases will be on a free-on-board basis, with prices indexed to Henry Hub plus a fixed fee. One million tonnes of Sabine Pass's annual volume is contingent on a positive final investment decision for the first phase of an expansion project.
