1. Quarterly results
Cheniere Energy Partners said Q3 net income rose 26% year over year to $639 million, on revenue of $2.57 billion, up 7%. Adjusted EBITDA increased 8% to $954 million. The company attributed the increases to higher total margins on LNG delivered, driven by higher volumes recognized in income and higher margins per MMBtu.
2. Distribution guidance
The company raised its 2026 distribution guidance to $3.30-$3.40 per unit from $3.10-$3.40 per unit.
