U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright stated that Washington is accelerating approval of an expanded Chevron license to boost oil production in Venezuela. Chevron and partners authorized the Leviathan gas project expansion in Israel, adding three wells to raise output to 21 bcm annually.
