Liquidity and financing update
Cash totaled USD 3.02 million at June 30, 2026, with working capital of USD 3.07 million.
EXIM Bank approved a new non-binding LOI for potential debt financing of up to USD 375 million, effective Aug. 13, 2026 through Aug. 14, 2027.
