China Chunlai agrees to buy Kaplan’s Dublin Business School for US$127.5 million
GHC•China Chunlai to acquire Dublin Business School
China Chunlai Education Group agreed to buy Dublin Business School from Kaplan, a unit of Graham Holdings.
China Chunlai put the deal value at USD 127.5 million in an HKEX transaction announcement.
The acquisition is expected to close once agreed completion conditions are met.
