In May 2026, ChipMOS generated NT$2,384.3 million (US$76.0 million) in consolidated revenue, marking a 3.1% decline from April and a 17.7% increase versus May 2025.
2. AI-Driven Demand
The company continues to benefit from a persistent AI-related demand-supply imbalance, which supported the year-over-year revenue gain despite a month-over-month dip.
3. Capacity Expansion
ChipMOS has invested in expanding its footprint across Taiwan science parks, deploying new capacity to fulfill existing customer forecasts and long-term supply agreements.
