- ChipMOS posted 2Q26 revenue of NT$7.38 billion, up 28.7% from 2Q25.
- Gross margin widened to 18%, up 11.4 percentage points from 2Q25.
- Net profit attributable to equity holders swung to NT$891.7 million from a year-earlier loss; basic EPS was NT$1.28.
- Net non-operating income was NT$78.9 million, versus year-earlier non-operating expenses, due mainly to lower FX losses and fair-value gains.
- Cash and cash equivalents totaled NT$12.55 billion; a cash dividend of NT$1.23 per share was distributed on July 17.
