2. 2026 CapEx Guidance

The company expects to invest 22%-27% of its 2026 annual revenue in CapEx, allocating roughly 50% to memory test, 10% to logic, 25% to DDIC and bumping, and 20% to assembly, with some projects secured by three-year take-or-pay contracts.

3. Silver-Alloy Bump Solution

ChipMOS will introduce a silver-alloy bump for DDIC applications to replace costly gold bumps, cutting bump costs by 50%-60%, with the solution validated by IC and panel reliability tests and sampling underway for mobile and tablet devices.

4. Conference Call Frequency Change

Starting in 2026, ChipMOS will shift from quarterly to semiannual earnings conference calls, reducing the frequency of formal investor updates.
