Inducement LTIP awards granted to new executives

Chiron Real Estate issued inducement awards of LTIP units to three newly hired executive officers, effective Aug. 3, 2026.

Aaron Roseth received 7,418 LTIP units.
Robert H. Zeiller received 7,418 LTIP units.
Matthew Whitlock received 9,442 LTIP units.

The LTIP units vest in three equal annual installments on each of the first, second, and third anniversaries of the grant date. Vesting is contingent on continued service through each vesting date, subject to the applicable award agreements.
