ChowChow Cloud sets Oct. 30 payment deadline for US$500,000 private placement
CHOW•ChowChow Cloud will terminate its US$500,000 private placement unless the investor pays the outstanding balance by Oct. 30, 2026. As of Oct. 21, the full payment remained outstanding, and no shares had been issued.

Under a June 16, 2026, agreement, ChowChow Cloud is selling 862,069 ordinary shares at US$0.58 per share. The transaction had not closed as of Oct. 21, and no ordinary shares had been issued.
