Chugai licenses anti-dengue antibody AID351 to GSK in exclusive deal
GSK•Background to the program
The deal follows a Jan. 30, 2025 collaboration agreement. The program originated from work with A*STAR SIgN and the National University of Singapore.
Development and financial terms
Clinical development shifts to GSK, including Phase I trials; manufacturing also moves to GSK.
Chugai will receive royalties on future sales and is also eligible for a share of any third-party sublicensing income.
Exclusive worldwide license with GSK
Chugai signed an exclusive worldwide license with GSK for anti-dengue antibody AID351 on Aug. 17, 2026.
GSK gains rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize AID351 for flavivirus infections, including dengue fever.
