Chunghwa Telecom Q3 net income beats high end of guidance by 20%
CHT•Chunghwa Telecom reported third-quarter 2026 net income of NT$12.22 billion, above the high end of its guidance range of NT$9.46 billion to NT$10.18 billion. Revenue rose 16.7% year over year to NT$67.59 billion, with results including a one-time asset revitalization contribution.

Chunghwa Telecom said its third-quarter 2026 revenue, operating income, net income, EBITDA and EPS exceeded the high end of quarterly guidance. Revenue was NT$67.59 billion, compared with guidance of NT$60.11 billion to NT$60.69 billion, while net income totaled NT$12.22 billion against guidance of NT$9.46 billion to NT$10.18 billion. Results included a one-time contribution from asset revitalization, and key earnings measures reached their highest third-quarter levels since 2009.
