Church & Dwight elected Masco CEO Jonathon J. Nudi as an independent director, effective Jan. 1, 2027, expanding its board to 12 members.

1. Board appointment

Church & Dwight elected Nudi on Oct. 27, 2026. He will join the Audit and Compensation & Human Capital committees. Nudi has been Masco’s president and CEO since July 2025, after spending more than 30 years at General Mills.
