CIBC offers up to GBP 750,000 in index-linked notes

1. Note offering terms
CIBC plans to issue the notes on January 8, 2027, at 100% of nominal value, with maturity on January 10, 2034, subject to early redemption. Subscriptions run from November 9 through December 22, 2026, and the final issuance amount will depend on investor demand. The offering is conditional on admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
