CIBC announced a $1 billion offering of 6.631% NVCC limited recourse capital notes, Series 11. The notes mature on Nov. 28, 2086, and the offering closes Oct. 28, 2026. CIBC may redeem the notes from Oct. 28 to Nov. 28 every five years, starting in 2031.
