Ciena FY26 Q3 GAAP diluted EPS rises to $1.83; revenue increases 37% to $1.67 billion from FY25 Q3

Optical Networking revenue climbed to $1.19 billion, representing 71.3% of total revenue; Routing and Switching rose to $164.4 million.

Ciena forecast fiscal Q4 revenue of $1.75 billion, plus or minus $50 million; non-GAAP operating margin is seen around 20%, plus or minus 50 bps.

Ciena posted fiscal Q3 revenue of $1.67 billion, up 37% year over year.

GAAP diluted EPS rose to $1.83 from $0.35 a year earlier; non-GAAP diluted EPS increased to $2.11.

GAAP gross margin widened to 45.4% from 41.3%; GAAP operating margin expanded to 18% from 6.1%.
