The Cigna Group named Luke Cirkovic general manager for its Northern California market, effective Aug. 10, 2026.
The role targets customer growth and earnings growth in Northern California, focusing on employers with up to 2,999 employees.
Cirkovic most recently served as vice president, client development for Anthem National Accounts at Elevance Health, leading sales and retention across the Western U.S. He previously held leadership roles at CVS Health/Aetna, Bind (now Surest), Blue Shield of California, and UnitedHealth Group.
He will be based in the Walnut Creek office.
