Cimpress will integrate National Pen and BuildASign capabilities into VistaPrint, sharing product development, sourcing, marketing and manufacturing to accelerate elevated products growth. 2. Strategy to Drive Elevated Product Growth

At the Promotional Products Association International Expo in Las Vegas, Cimpress announced a new cross‐brand collaboration to expand its elevated products portfolio—promotional items, logo apparel, signage and packaging—by leveraging National Pen and BuildASign capabilities into VistaPrint’s large customer base, and vice versa. These efforts support the company’s previously communicated targets of constant‐currency revenue growth of 4–6% annually and achieving at least $600 million of adjusted EBITDA by FY2028. The promotional products category, which now generates approximately $700 million in annual revenue, has grown organically at over 10% year‐over‐year for each of the last 18 quarters and has roughly doubled in size over the past three years.

3. Leadership Transition at National Pen

Peter Kelly, who led National Pen through its transformation to an e-commerce and supply‐chain‐driven operation, will depart Cimpress as part of this next phase. Bryan Kranik, current CEO of BuildASign, will assume leadership of National Pen while retaining his BuildASign role. Robert Keane, founder, chairman and CEO of Cimpress, thanked Kelly for nearly 20 years of service and highlighted the foundational advances in customer service, sourcing and product expansion that positioned the promotional products category for continued strong growth.
