Cineverse announced that a special stockholder meeting will be held virtually on [●], 2026.
The company said stockholders will vote on:
- issuing Class A common stock tied to the IndiCue acquisition consideration and potential earnouts;
- issuing Class A common stock upon conversion of, or interest payments on, outstanding convertible notes; and
- adjourning the meeting, if needed, to seek additional support for the share-issuance proposal.
