Cineverse announces special shareholder meeting

Cineverse will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 15, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on issuing up to 21,805,701 Class A shares tied to the IndiCue acquisition and outstanding convertible notes.
The proposed issuance includes shares for conversion, interest payments, deferred purchase price, and potential earnouts.
Investors will also vote on a possible meeting adjournment to seek additional support if the share-issuance proposal falls short.
