CING•Cingulate extended the trial period for Chief Medical Officer Matthew N. Brams’ full-time employment to Dec. 31, 2026, from Sept. 30, 2026. The amendment was effective Jan. 1, 2026, and executed Sept. 30 through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cingulate Therapeutics.
