Circle held its Q2 2026 analyst call with CEO Jeremy Allaire, CFO Jeremy Fox-Geen, President Heath Tarbert, Head of Strategic Finance Scott Blair.
Management highlighted a concluded Arc token pre-sale totaling USD 242 million, guiding USD 180 million of revenue recognition in H2 tied to product milestones.
Fox-Geen said token-sale revenue carries zero distribution, transaction, or operating costs, implying a near-direct flow-through to operating income before taxes.
Allaire outlined Circle National Trust as an “infrastructure bank,” now supporting digital-asset custody, with approval to hold components of USDC reserves ahead of the GENIUS Act.
Allaire said Circle is exploring commercial opportunities with IBM following its purchase of IBM blockchain patent portfolios, framed as strengthening defensive IP posture.
