Circle Q2 FY26 net income turns to profit at $48 million; revenue rises 7% to $701 million

Circle reported Q2 2026 revenue of USD 701 million, up 7% year-over-year; net income from continuing operations was USD 48 million.

USDC in circulation ended the quarter at USD 73.3 billion, up 19% year-over-year; onchain transaction volume reached USD 14.8 trillion, more than doubled.

Reserve income rose 5% to USD 668 million, partially offset by a 66-basis-point drop in the reserve return rate to 3.5%.

Circle said it received final OCC approval to establish Circle National Trust, a national trust bank, and NYDFS approval for Circle New York Trust.

Arc mainnet is set for Sept. 16; Circle named a founding validator cohort including BlackRock, DTCC, Mastercard, and Visa.
