Citius Oncology announces annual shareholder meeting

Citius Oncology will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Cranford, New Jersey on Sept. 29, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect three Class II directors for terms running through the 2029 annual meeting.
Ballots also cover ratification of Wolf & Company as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2026.
