Citius Pharma wins Nasdaq extension to regain $1 minimum bid by Feb. 8, 2027
CTXR•Current listing status
The extension does not change the company’s current Nasdaq Capital Market listing, while Citius weighs steps to restore compliance.
Nasdaq compliance extension
Citius Pharmaceuticals received a Nasdaq extension through Feb. 8, 2027 to regain compliance with the $1 minimum bid price rule.
Compliance requires the stock to close at or above $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days before the deadline.
What happens if compliance is not restored
If the company does not meet the requirement by Feb. 8, 2027, Nasdaq could issue a delisting notice. Citius would have the option to appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel.
