Citizens Community Bancorp launches new buyback for up to 482,500 shares

Citizens Community Bancorp set a new buyback for up to 482,500 common shares, running through Sept. 1, 2027.

• The authorization replaces a July 2025 plan for up to 499,000 shares that expired July 23, 2026.
• 112,867 shares remained available under the expired authorization.
• Repurchases may occur in the open market under Rule 10b-18, including via Rule 10b5-1 trading plans.
• Management will set the timing and size of repurchases; the board can amend or end the program at any time.
