CitroTech entered a strategic partnership with Matrix Wildfire to deploy large-scale, ground-based wildfire mitigation across North American high-risk corridors.
The joint platform pairs Matrix’s Massive Area Fire Denial application systems with CitroTech’s long-term retardant to build perimeter barriers up to 600 feet wide.
The rollout targets utility transmission lines, rail routes and major municipal boundary zones, aiming to shift wildfire protection from reactive suppression to pre-mitigation.
Spatial AI risk modeling, IoT verification telemetry and satellite data are intended to support property-level risk attestation for municipal leaders, insurers and underwriters.
CitroTech’s inhibitor is EPA Safer Choice-recognized and is positioned as a non-toxic, biodegradable alternative to phosphate-based retardants for repeated wide-area use.
