Clean Harbors completes EnviroServe, ES&H acquisitions for combined $775 million
CLH•Clean Harbors completed its acquisitions of EnviroServe and ES&H for $775 million. The businesses are expected to generate about $340 million in annual revenue and $87 million in post-synergy adjusted EBITDA.

Clean Harbors funded the acquisitions with available cash, supported by a recently completed $600 million senior notes offering. The post-synergy acquisition multiple was 8.9 times adjusted EBITDA. EnviroServe expands waste management and emergency response capabilities, while ES&H adds Gulf-region emergency response and field services capacity.
