Clean Harbors will acquire Depot Connect International’s Industrial Services and Rail Services operations for approximately $130 million in a definitive agreement covering five strategic locations in Ohio, Louisiana and Texas. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The purchase extends Clean Harbors’ service network into critical transportation hubs, enhancing its capacity to serve industrial and rail customers across three states. This targeted expansion bolsters the company’s regional infrastructure and supports its long-term growth strategy.

Following the acquisition, Depot Connect International will remain closely integrated with Clean Harbors, co-locating at major facilities in Baton Rouge and Pasadena to provide tank trailer cleaning and maintenance. Both companies will continue collaborating on transportation services and wastewater treatment to ensure a seamless transition for customers.
