CleanCore Solutions signs 10-year AI colocation deal with Cerebras valued at about $800 million

CleanCore Solutions signed a 10-year colocation services agreement with Cerebras Systems for an AI data center campus in Minnesota.

• Initial contract value is about $800 million, with two 10-year renewal options that would lift the total potential value above $3 billion.
• The campus is designed to Tier 3 standards and is targeting 55 MW of utility capacity with 40 MW of critical IT load at full buildout.
• About 20 MW of utility power is already energized, supporting an initial 15 MW critical IT load.
• Initial revenue is expected in Q1 2027, and the remaining capacity is targeted to come online by Q1 2027.
