1. Management Appointment
CleanSpark appointed Ruben Sahakyan as Senior Vice President of Finance, tasking him with overseeing capital markets, financial planning and analysis, and M&A. He joins from Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, bringing over 15 years’ experience and involvement in more than $20 billion in digital assets and infrastructure advisory deals.

In May 2026, CleanSpark’s deployed fleet of 224,473 miners delivered an average operating hashrate of 46.2 EH/s, peaking at 50.0 EH/s, and produced 671 BTC, contributing to a year-to-date total of 3,110 coins. The fleet achieved a peak efficiency of 16.07 J/Th.
3. Power Portfolio and Treasury
CleanSpark holds contracts for 1.8 GW of power and utilized up to 808 MW to support mining operations. The company’s bitcoin treasury rose from 13,453 to 13,470 coins after selling 654 BTC at an average price of $79,934.
