CLSK•Investor presentation outlines strategic shift
CleanSpark posted an investor presentation outlining a strategic shift toward “energy infrastructure compute,” expanding beyond pure-play bitcoin mining.
Capacity, development platform and site updates
The presentation said the U.S. footprint slide showed contracted capacity of 885 MW, with additional contracted MW figures listed at 638, 399, 110, 63, and 15.
The development platform was positioned at more than 2 GW, with AI/HPC sites described as leased or under exclusivity.
In Texas, the pipeline highlighted Sealy power as fully approved; Brazoria power was planned in two 300 MW phases, subject to ERCOT approval.
The Georgia expansion referenced the Washington site, with data center leasing discussions described as ongoing.
