CleanSpark signed a 20-year triple-net lease for an HPC data center at its Sandersville, Georgia campus, targeting $6.6 billion in contracted revenue.
The contract value rises to $11.6 billion if two five-year extension options are exercised, with annual escalators included.
The lease covers 175 MW of critical IT load, and deliveries are expected to begin in Q4 2027.
