CleanSpark signs 20-year data center lease in Georgia worth $6.6 billion contracted revenue

- CleanSpark signed a 20-year triple-net lease with a high-investment-grade global technology company for its Sandersville, Georgia data center campus.
- Contracted revenue is expected at $6.6 billion over the initial term, rising to $11.6 billion if two five-year extensions are exercised.
- The lease covers 175 MW of critical IT load, with deliveries expected to begin in Q4 2027.
- The tenant also signed an LOI with exclusivity over CleanSpark’s Texas portfolio of up to 885 MW of secured and planned power capacity.
- CleanSpark expects average annual NOI contribution of about $330 million, with landlord project costs estimated at $10 million to $12 million per MW.
