Clear Secure beats Q3 revenue estimates on membership, network growth
YOU•YOU•YOU•YOU•Clear Secure's Q3 revenue rose 27.8% year over year to $292.9 million, beating analyst estimates, while adjusted EBITDA also topped expectations. The company raised its 2026 free cash flow guidance to at least $490 million and expanded its share buyback by $175 million.
Revenue increased 27.8% year over year to $292.9 million, compared with the $286.71 million analyst estimate. Adjusted EBITDA was $103.9 million, above the $97.95 million estimate; net income was $75.3 million and free cash flow was negative $103.8 million.
Total CLEAR Members rose 30.7% year over year to 46.7 million, while Active CLEAR+ Members increased 14.5% to 8.5 million. Clear Secure expects Q4 2026 revenue of $299 million to $302 million and total bookings of $335 million to $340 million, and raised full-year 2026 free cash flow guidance to at least $490 million.
The company returned $191.4 million to shareholders and expanded its share buyback by $175 million. CLEAR+ had 62 airport and 285 retail locations, with eGates launched at 53 airports.
